    Fuel your morning with our Gluten-Free Oat-So-Healthy Pancake & Waffle Mix. Made with gluten-free oat and corn flours, this nutritious mix delivers 10g of fiber and 10g of protein per standard-size waffle. It's easy to prepare and bursting with wholesome goodness - a must-have for your pantry!

    Our Small, 10.8 oz bag makes 12 pancakes (4" diameter), or 3 waffles (6" diameter)

    You can store extra batter in the fridge for 1-3 days or make all your waffles and pancakes at once and freeze the leftovers!

    Ingredients (Organic*):

    Oat flour*, cornflour*, pecan flour, granulated dates, cornstarch*, aluminum-free baking powder, Himalayan salt.

    Allergens:

    Contains pecans.

    Simple Preparation Instructions: 

    1. EMPTY entire bag contents into bowl or blender.
    2. ADD water according to package instructions.
    3. STIR or BLEND until lumps are removed. Add more water if needed.
    4. POUR onto pan, griddle or waffle maker.
    5. COOK until lightly browned.  FLIP pancakes as you normally would to cook both sides.  Note: waffles may take longer to brown compared to traditional mixes due to the high fiber content. A good rule of thumb is to wait for the waffle maker to stop producing steam.  Our Oat-So-Healthy Waffles take about 6 minutes each in our home waffle maker.
